DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Friday Slate (12/19/25)

Ty Simpson - College Football Rankings, CFB DFS Lineups, NFL Draft

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Friday (12/19/25) slate. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

It has been a couple of weeks, but we're back with more Friday college football DFS! The College Football Playoff starts tonight with one of the two rematches taking place. We also have two other bowls going on. One with a lot of opt-outs. One with two teams who just want to play.

You have to get out of bed early to get your lineups in for this one! The first bowl starts at 11 a.m. Eastern! That features Kennesaw State and Western Michigan and could be one of the better games of bowl season. The afternoon game features Memphis and whatever pieces of North Carolina State decide to show up. The nightcap is the third iteration of Alabama and Oklahoma in the last 13 months, this time from Norman.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 12/19/25, starting at 11 a.m. Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, highlighting one option at each end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

CJ Bailey, North Carolina State ($8.2K)

If the Pack has any chance at winning this, they're going to need hero ball from Bailey. Hollywood Smothers has entered the transfer portal again. Justin Joly has opted out for NFL Draft prep.

Bowl season is now reserved for underclassmen to shine (and demand a better paycheck) and backups throughout the year to prove they can step in and play. Bailey is one of those hoping to attract attention in this game.

With so much offensive production leaving for the Pack, Bailey will have a chance to get a big-time offer if he shows up in this game. I hear Miami, his hometown, will be on the market for another portal quarterback...

Brendon Lewis, Memphis ($7.6K)

When you listen to the press conferences of every Memphis player, they are saying the right things. They are truly excited for the bowl game. They are excited about another game with their friends and teammates. There's not a lot of that going around lately.

This kind of attitude, whether it's for show or not, is going to result in a better product on the field. The Pack has players leaving for bigger and (they hope) better things. Memphis lost its coach, yet the players are excited to go out there and play for Memphis one more time.

Watch closely how teams with this attitude do in bowl games versus those that are fractured by opt-outs and transfers. I'm more inclined to use those who want to be there.

As for actual statistics, Lewis has a high ceiling. UAB was the only team to hold Lewis under 15 DraftKings points on the season, and he was over 20 in nine of 12 games.

Also consider these QBs

  • Ty Simpson, Alabama ($8K)
  • Broc Lowry, Western Michigan ($7.2K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Jalen Buckley, Western Michigan ($6.7K)

Buckley started the season slowly, but he has gone nuclear on the MAC. Buckley has 106.5 DK points over the last five games, including a massive outing in the MAC Championship against a solid Miami-Ohio defense.

Two of Buckley's three 100-yard games on the season happened in the past three games. Buckley isn't splitting time with Devin Miles evenly anymore.

Greg Desrosiers Jr., Memphis ($5.7K)

Memphis is the only team in FBS that has four players with at least six rushing touchdowns. Some of that has to do with Desrosiers missing time earlier this season, but it's also a testament to how good the Memphis run game is.

That makes the backs a little hard to use for DFS purposes, but Desrosiers is too cheap for his talent. Memphis gives each back around 12-15 touches per game. What makes Desrosiers more valuable is his elusiveness and his work in the passing game.

Desrosiers has 29 receptions in the last seven games. That's roughly four free points per game on receptions, not counting the yardage. That makes him much less of a risk than anyone else in this backfield.

Jayden Scott, North Carolina State ($5.2K)

This is a monster spot for Scott. He has done very well in limited carries this year. What really catches my eye is the game against Georgia Tech on November 1, when Hollywood Smothers was out. Scott ran for 196 yards on 24 carries. We could see something similar to that in this game. Scott is my first click in every lineup.

Also consider these RBs

  • Xavier Robinson, Oklahoma ($6K)
  • Coleman Bennett, Kennesaw State ($5.6K)
  • Daniel Hill, Alabama ($5.1K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Germie Bernard, Alabama ($6.4K)

Bernard has been the target hog for Alabama lately. He has proven to be Ty Simpson's favorite target. He caught six passes on 11 targets against Georgia. He had a career-high 14 targets in the first meeting with Oklahoma.

We have every reason to believe that Bernard is going to be the first look for Simpson again. Don't expect a big game against a defense like Oklahoma, but he can duplicate his output from the first game (14.1 DK points). That's a solid return for the price.

Cortez Braham Jr., Memphis ($6K)

Georgia State is the only team to hold Braham under 10 DK points this season. He has 24 receptions in the last three games alone. If this turns out to be a game where Memphis trails again, we could see another big day from Braham.

Even if it's a close game, he's pretty much a lock for 15 DK points. Braham is the most reliable receiver on the entire slate.

Christian Moss, Kennesaw State ($4.4K)

Teams have started rolling coverage to Gabriel Benyard. Moss has stepped up big lately. He has 16 receptions in the last four games with at least 68 yards in each game. If I can get 10 DK points from a bargain receiver, I'm already ahead of the field. Most will use Moss as a value piece, but we can get different elsewhere. We need this value.

Josh Cuevas, Alabama ($4.2K)

Cuevas last played in the Oklahoma game. He has been out since then with a foot injury. Cuevas had 20 DK points against the Sooners, which was the most of any Alabama player, including the quarterback. Sign me up!

Also consider these WRs:

  • Isaiah Sategna III, Oklahoma ($6.1K)
  • Gabriel Benyard, Kennesaw State ($5.6K)
  • Wesley Grimes, North Carolina State ($4.3K)
  • Terrell Anderson, North Carolina State ($4.1K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Memphis vs. North Carolina State

I've wondered about where the Pack is as far as investment in this game. There's no question with Memphis. There are no opt-outs, even though the coach has already left. Some players are likely to follow, but for Lewis, Braham, and Desrosiers, this is it. I will have multiple lineups with those three as a core.

The Memphis backs are active in the passing game, and Braham is such a target hog that I'm inclined to avoid the rest of the receivers. Jamari Hawkins would be the one to use in large field GPPs, but his floor is the low single digits. Sutton Smith is the only reliable fourth option.

Also consider these stacks:

  • North Carolina State
  • Western Michigan
  • Alabama (GPP only)
