DraftKings, FanDuel DFS Guards

Anthony Edwards - G, Georgia (FanDuel $7,600)

Georgia ended up with five top-100 recruits this season, and Anthony Edwards headlines the group. The number two overall prospect in the class, Edwards has NBA top-3 pick in the draft upside. With Nicolas Claxton gone to the NBA, the offense is run solely through Edwards. He’s been over 40 fantasy points in two of the first three games and he’s going to return there once again in a friendly match-up with Georgia Tech. The Bulldogs are slight favorites in this game and Edwards is likely to play 34+ minutes. His upside is 50+ and we will see it plenty this season.

Boogie Ellis - G, Memphis (FanDuel $5,800)

With James Wiseman out until the NCAA hands down a judgment, everyone on this team is going to be asked to step up. Boogie Ellis isn’t afraid to spot when he’s on the floor and I think he gets close to 30 minutes tonight, if not more. He can put up over a fantasy point per minute as he can both shoot and stuff the stat sheet. AR-Little Rock isn’t great? But the game will be relatively close. Ellis is my favorite guard on Memphis.

DK Plays - Cole Anthony, Michael Devoe, Darius Perry

DraftKings, FanDuel DFS Forwards

Trayce Jackson-Davis - F, Indiana (FanDuel $7,400)

Jackson-Davis is an animal for Indiana and he’s doing huge damage in not so huge minutes. Through four games, Jackson-Davis is averaging 24 minutes and 33 fantasy points. He hasn’t been under 25 in a single game. Jackson-Davis and Aririguzoh will battle down low and I wouldn’t be surprised if TJD played a season-high in minutes.

Precious Achiuwa - F, Memphis (FanDuel $5,900)

With Wiseman out, Achiuwa is going to see the biggest usage and minutes bump. Memphis plays pretty balanced in general, but I expect the starters to see closer to 30 minutes in this game and Achiuwa is the number one option for now. He put up 32 fantasy points in just 23 minutes last game and could get closer to 30 tonight. I love him in all formats. Lance Thomas got the start for Wiseman, but played just 11 minutes. He’s an interesting punt as he produces when on the floor.

Ben Coupet Jr. - F, Ar-Little Rock (FanDuel $5,900)

If you’re looking for a cheaper forward that’s relatively safe, Ben Coupet Jr. is your guy. He’s played over 35 minutes in every game this season and has come through with 20+ fantasy points in each. Coupet Jr. is the second-leading scorer and rebounder, so he’s a pivotal piece to this team and it’s why he sees so much floor time. For the price, I’m a fan of Coupet in all formats.

DK Plays - Tres Tinkle, Garrison Brooks, Randy Brumant
