Welcome to College Basketball Friday! Most teams have a couple of games under their belt and we'll start getting a feel of how each team is going to run. This is a fun night, as we have seven-plus games on both sites and a ton to look at in tournaments. Let's dive right in!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for FanDuel and DraftKings on 11/15/19. These CBB DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks.

DraftKings, FanDuel DFS Guards

Cole Anthony - G, UNC vs. GWEB (DraftKings $9,700 / FanDuel $8,500)

Cole Anthony is just on a different level. Until his price reaches an astronomical number, you just keep playing him in 100% of lineups. Him being the highest-priced player on the board may scare some, but it shouldn’t. He’s taken 24 shots in both games this season and is going to consistently put up 45+ fantasy points. George Weber plays at a fast pace and Anthony should have his way with this defense. Expect another huge fantasy performance.

TJ Haws - G, BYU @ HOU (DraftKings $6,600 / FanDuel $6,300)

The sites have missed the boat on the price here. Haws averaged 28 fantasy points a game last season on 18 points, five rebounds, and five assists. He is the main ball-handler for BYU and will average 34+ minutes a game. With Yoeli Childs out, BYU is going to lean on Haws even more and I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets closer to 40 fantasy points in this game. He’s a clear lock and load in cash games.

Fatts Russell - G, URI vs. ALA (DraftKings $6,500 / FanDuel $6,700)

Alabama is playing at one of the fastest paces in the country, and Rhode Island is going to match them. The game is going to be high-scoring and Russell has been on the floor for all but five minutes so far this season. He’s been unsteady to start the season, but is going to average 25-35 fantasy points on a nightly basis. Against an Alabama team that plays fast and struggles in the paint, I’m expecting a big game out of Fatts Russell.

Also Consider - Kira Lewis, Ryan Woolridge, Joey Ayayi

DraftKings, FanDuel DFS Forwards

Filip Petrusev - F, (DraftKings $8,500 / FanDuel $8,100)

Filip Petrusev is one of my favorite players in the nation. I completely expect him to hold a starting gig in the NBA in a few years. If you get a chance to watch this game, pay attention to how good Petrusev is at finding open space in the paint. He’s just as good at finishing, and it’s how he’s been dominating while playing less than 23 minutes a game. He’s going to get closer to 30 tonight as it will be a close game and Petrusev will have his way with this interior. I’m playing 100% Petrusev and can’t say I’m worried about it.

Vernon Carey Jr. - F, (DraftKings $7,200 / FanDuel $6,200)

Carey is simply underpriced on both sites. He’s one of the best players in the nation and will put up 30 fantasy points once this offense is running how it’s supposed to. He recorded his first double-double of the season a game ago and he’s going to have a ton by the time the season is over. Expect another 30 fantasy points and while his ownership should be over 60%, I doubt it will be. Game logs move crowds. Don’t be fooled.

Also Consider - Daniel Otoru, Garrison Brooks, Alihan Demir
