CBB DFS: DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (12/2/24)

CBB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

Today's DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 12/2/24. Mike M's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

December in college basketball is the calm before the conference storm. Most teams take a break around finals, breaking up the month. We still have a big week of college basketball lined up with all of these games back on campus locations. We get started tonight in Washington D.C., with UMBC facing Georgetown.

Next up is Yale visiting Rhode Island. We have Bryant facing Drexel in Philly. Pacific heads up to Boulder to face Colorado. We end this in Reno with Washington State making the trip down to the biggest little city in the world.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 12/2/24, starting at 6:30 p.m. EST. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Kobe MaGee, Drexel ($8.1K)

The good thing about these December slates is that we see players we won't see on DraftKings again unless they make it to the NCAA Tournament. Many DFS players only use names they know. We can gain an edge by moving to lesser-known players.

MaGee wasn't a big part of the Drexel team last year, but he is leading the Dragons with 16.5 points per game this year. MaGee gets it done with efficient shooting and is also a strong defender. He has become more active on the boards, hauling in 22 rebounds in the last four games.

Being a starter is a new role for MaGee, so he is still growing into the role. We have seen him improve in every game. That should continue tonight.

Sebastian Thomas, Rhode Island ($7.3K)

Yale will be the toughest opponent the Rams have faced so far this year, but Thomas produces in so many categories that I think he'll be fine. Thomas is averaging 15.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 8.0 assists, and 2.5 steals per game in six contests this year. That's a whole lot of points at a price that won't prohibit our lineups.

John Poulakidas, Yale ($5.9K)

The guy who led Yale past Auburn in last year's NCAA Tournament is up to his old tricks. Poulakidas has averaged 20.4 points per game this season, including 21 against Minnesota and 23 against Purdue. He can score against anyone. Poulakidas just doesn't do much besides score. We'll take the points at this price.

Isaiah Watts, Washington State ($5K)

Cedric Coward is out with a shoulder injury, and Watts has been outstanding in his position. Coward went down in the Eastern Washington game. Watts has 98.75 DraftKings points, including that EWU game filling in for Coward. He is WAY too cheap. Lock him in even if Coward returns!

Also consider: Earl Timberlake, Bryant ($8.7K); Nate Calmese, Washington State ($7.4K); Jamarques Lawrence, Rhode Island ($6.9K); Elijah Fisher, Pacific ($6.4K); Lamar Washington, Pacific ($6.2K); Bez Mbeng, Yale ($6K); Julian Hammond III, Colorado ($5.7K); Yassine Gharram, Yale ($4.3K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Elias Ralph, Pacific ($8.4K)

Ralph has dazzled as a freshman out of Canada for the Tigers. He put up 32.5 DraftKings points on Arkansas and 37.5 on Missouri, so he is producing against major conference teams. He's a beast on the boards and leads the Tigers in scoring. As long as Ralph stays out of foul trouble, he could be in for another big game.

Micah Peavy, Georgetown ($7.5K)

Peavy's only game in the big time this year was against Notre Dame when he turned in a foul-riddled 10 DraftKings points...and he scored eight points! Since that game, Peavy has had 134 DraftKings points in just three games. This is another great matchup to ride the hot hand.

Andrej Jakimovski, Colorado ($6.1K)

Jakimovski continues to be a sniper from the floor, but he is more active on the boards this year than he was for Washington State last year. Jakimovski is still dependent on scoring, but his floor isn't nearly as low as it was last year. He's not going to sink your lineup as he did at times in 2023-24.

Tre Coleman, Nevada ($5.2K)

The Pack had a tough lineup over the holiday with Vanderbilt, Virginia Commonwealth, and Oklahoma State in Charleston. Nevada won two out of three of those games in large part because of Coleman. He had 19 points, 12 rebounds, 15 assists, three steals, and a block in Charleston. Those are good numbers in this price range.

Also consider: Thomas Sorber, Georgetown ($8.3K); Nick Davidson, Nevada (8.2K); Nick Townsend, Yale ($6.1K); Barry Evans, Bryant ($5.7K); Dane Erikstrup, Washington State ($5.4K); Brandon Love, Nevada ($5.2K); Kvonn Cramer, Bryant ($5K); Samson Aletan, Yale ($4.3K)
