Buy, Sell, or Hold: Tim Hardaway Jr. and Damian Lillard

Milos Zvekic's buy low, sell high trade advice for Week 6 of fantasy NBA. Milos delivers buy/hold/sell recommendations for Tim Hardaway Jr. and Damian Lillard in fantasy basketball leagues.

Any decent stockbroker will tell you to sell when the stock is at it's highest and to try and buy when it's unreasonably low. If you do this well at the stock exchange you can make millions.

The same applies to fantasy NBA as well. If you sell your guys when they're red hot, and get some better quality, out of form assets in return, step by step you can march your way to building the strongest squad and eventually win your league.

If you're open to making such moves and love talking trades with your league mates, you're in the perfect place. Welcome to our Sell High and Buy Low candidates for Week 6 of the NBA season, right here at RotoBaller.

Buy Low, Sell High Advice for Week 6

Are You for Real, Tim Hardaway Jr.?

Where the hell did THJ come from? He started the season doing nothing special, as per his usual self, just minding his own business with 10.2 PTS, 1.8 3PM, 34.4 FG%, 73.1 FT%, 2.2 REB, 1.5 AST, 0.1 STL, 0.2 BLK, and 0.4 TO in 22 minutes per game in the first 13 games.

And then...he went bonkers!

In the last three games, he has really found his groove and is averaging 22.3 points with 4.3 threes on 66.7% from the field and 83.3% from the line, 1.7 boards, 4.3 dimes, 1.0 steal, no blocks and 0.7 turnovers in 26 minutes a night. This has him ranked at the #7 spot on Yahoo. That's right - NUMBER SEVEN!

Now, even this blistering form as of late hasn't made Hardaway a must-own player. He is barely top-200 on the season, and even with the word coming out that he could be in line for a starting gig, it's tough to see him stick around in top-100 for the rest of the season.

Should you have an owner who has taken a liking to Tim, you should definitely try and take advantage of this situation. An offer of almost anyone in the top-100 would be enough for me to part with him. I would rather have someone like Jeff TeagueDejounte Murray or Lonzo Ball than Timmy Jr. if the team fit is there.

Baller Move: Sell high

Time to Panic on Damian Lillard?

As an easy choice for a top-10 pick, Dame hasn't really been living up to his projected value lately. Since Nov 13, Lillard is averaging just 16 points with 1.8 threes on 27.6% from the field, 96.7% from the charity stripe, 4.6 boards, 9.4 assists, 0.6 steals, 0.6 blocks, and 2.6 turnovers in 35 minutes over a course of five games. Furthermore, he missed two games due to injury in this period as well. Not something you're hoping for from your first-round pick.

But it's Lillard. He has been a top fantasy pick for years and hasn't missed more than nine games in a season in his entire career. He rarely lets his owners down, and there is no reason why we should think it will be any different this time. Moreover, even with his recent slump, Dame is still ranked at #6 on Yahoo and could explode for 60 points any game now and slam the buy-low window shut.

So before that happens, it's not unwise to float an offer to his owner, just to see how he feels about Lillard's poor showings in the last week or two. I would gladly give up guys like Trae YoungKemba Walker or Jrue Holiday for a chance to own the mighty Damian Lillard.

Baller Move: Hold or buy low
