Daily NBA Prop Bets - Top Player Props, Value Picks and Quick Odds (11/12/25)

Alperen Sengun - Fantasy Basketball Rankings, DFS Picks, NBA Injury News

Keith Eyster's top NBA prop bets for 11/12/25: expert player-prop picks, value plays, quick model edges and line-shopping tips for today’s slate. Check odds & get the edge.

Happy Wednesday, Rotoballers! Welcome back to another edition of the NBA Props article. We've got a loaded 12-game slate on tap, and plenty of opportunity to uncover value for all the best player prop bets.

Tonight's matchups are sure to be entertaining, highlighted by a rematch of Monday's overtime thriller between the Cavaliers and Heat. Cleveland will be shorthanded this time around with several key players sidelined, but it should still be an exciting matchup between two of the league's fastest-paced teams. In other injury news, Anthony Davis has a chance to make his return, and Josh Giddey will attempt to find his ankles that were snatched by De'Andre Hunter last week.

In this article, I will provide my favorite NBA player props picks for Wednesday, November 12th. Prop picks can range from individual stats—points, assists, rebounds, three-pointers made, and defensive stats —to combination props (Points + Rebounds + Assists = PRA). All odds and sportsbooks used are listed as well, but always shop around, as those odds change throughout the day as bets come in. Let's get to the picks!

Today’s Best NBA Prop Bets & Player Props

Early-season NBA player props offer bettors a prime opportunity to get ahead of oddsmakers by capitalizing on new trends, unexpected rotations, and shifts in play style from last season. With teams still settling into their identities, sharp bettors can often find mispriced lines before the markets adjust.

Let’s take a look at the top player props for today’s NBA slate:

Alperen Sengun over 38.5 Points, Rebounds, and Assists (-125 FD)

Rockets big man Alperen Sengun has cleared this line in each of his last four games, and now he gets one of the best possible matchups on Wednesday. The 23-year-old has been outstanding all season, averaging 22.8 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 7.3 assists this season (40.0 PRA), and faces a Wizards team that allows a ton of production in those categories.

Washington plays at the third-fastest pace in the league, which will lead to additional possessions for Sengun to rack up key stats. They also rank just 29th in defensive efficiency, which will provide an additional boost to Sengun's production. The Wizards allow the most points, fifth-most rebounds, and third-most assists in the league, making this the perfect eruption spot for a versatile playmaker like Sengun.

Given his recent consistency in tougher matchups and the favorable game environment tonight, Sengun is set up to easily clear 39.5 points, rebounds, and assists.

Jalen Duren over 33.5 Points and Rebounds (-122 Caesars)

Pistons center Jalen Duren has been one of the breakout stars of the young NBA season. The 21-year-old is averaging an impressive 19.4 points and 12.0 rebounds through 11 games this season, and he has been even better while the injuries have begun to mount for Detroit.

Duren enters another strong spot tonight with Tobias Harris, Isaiah Stewart, and Ausar Thompson sidelined again. He draws a Chicago Bulls team that plays at the fifth-fastest pace and ranks just 17th in defensive efficiency, providing both an up-tempo environment and a favorable matchup inside. The increased pace should yield extra opportunities for Duren to dominate the glass and finish around the rim.

Although he narrowly missed this line in his last outing, Duren had cleared it in four of his previous five matchups. With the increased tempo of this game and key contributors sidelined for Detroit, Duren should cruise over 33.5 points and rebounds.

Jrue Holiday over 11.5 Rebounds and Assists (-125 Bet365)

Veteran guard Jrue Holiday's resurgence as an elite playmaker in Portland is one of the feel-good stories of the early NBA season. The 35-year-old has seamlessly stepped into a leadership role for the up-and-coming Trail Blazers, showing that he still has plenty left in the tank. For the season, Holiday is averaging 17.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 8.1 assists while logging roughly 35 minutes per game.

Tonight's matchup sets up as an ideal spot to keep that momentum going. The New Orleans Pelicans have struggled mightily on the defensive end, ranking 28th in defensive efficiency.

Holiday has cleared this line in each of his last two games despite tough matchups against Orlando and Miami. Facing a much softer opponent tonight, he should once again be heavily involved as Portland's primary facilitator and rebounder from the backcourt. Given his extended minutes, favorable matchup, and lead guard role, Holiday is well-positioned to clear 11.5 rebounds and assists.

Top Value Props & Sleeper Picks

Betting on superstars is always exciting, but the best value often lies on the margins of a roster. Role players and emerging contributors can offer hidden edges, especially as the season wears on and injuries start to shake up rotations.

Let’s dive into some of the top value plays for today’s NBA slate.

Jaime Jaquez Jr. over 27.5 Points, Rebounds, and Assists (-110 DK)

Jaquez easily cashed this one for us on Monday, and we're going right back to the well tonight. His role remains elite with Bam Adebayo sidelined, and the matchup sets up even better this time with Cleveland missing three key players, including defensive anchor Evan Mobley.

On Monday, Jaquez posted 42 PRA against the Cavs on a line of 25.5, and despite Adebayo remaining out, the number has only increased to 27.5. That's a modest adjustment considering the additional absences of Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, and Mobley.

Both teams play at an elite pace, with Miami ranking first in the league and Cleveland seventh. The tempo of this game contributes to another strong total of 238.5 points despite the missing star players.

In three games without Adebayo, Jaquez has averaged 16.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 8.0 assists (34 PRA). Given his outstanding role and all-around production, Jaquez is in a prime spot to comfortably clear 27.5 PRA yet again.

Kon Knueppel over 23.5 Points and Rebounds (-108 FD)

Hornets rookie Kon Knueppel has been quietly erupting in the absence of LaMelo Ball, emerging as one of the league's most productive rookies. In four games with Ball sidelined, Knueppel is averaging 36.3 minutes, 23.3 points, and 9.0 rebounds. That surge in production has vaulted him into the Rookie of the Year conversation, and he draws another favorable spot tonight with Ball ruled out once again.

The Bucks have struggled defensively this season, ranking just 20th in defensive efficiency. Miles Bridges is likely to be locked down by Giannis Antetokounmpo on the other side, so Knueppel could easily be the Hornets' top scoring option in this contest. With an elite role, proven production, and Ball sidelined again, Knueppel is well-positioned to go over 23.5 points and rebounds.
