Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams got off to a hot start this season, but has struggled in his last two contests to the tune of four receptions for 46 yards over that span. Things won't get easier in Week 9 versus a Philadelphia Eagles secondary that has allowed just 123 yards and one touchdown per game to wide receivers. Despite the recent struggles, Williams has 35 receptions for 517 yards and six touchdowns on the season and quarterback Justin Herbert is sure to look his way on Sunday.
