Dylan Moore Slashing Just .118/.268/.118 In August
3 years agoSeattle Mariners second baseman/outfielder Dylan Moore has had an extremely rough year at the plate. Over 97 games, he's slashing .178/.276/.330 with 10 home runs, 18 stolen bases, 37 RBI and 31 runs. He's been especially cold in August, slashing .118/.268/.118 with no extra-base hits over 34 at-bats. Moore's only value has come with his stolen bases this year. He's been hurting fantasy managers just about everywhere else. He has a 31.1% strikeout rate, which ranks in the bottom 5% of the league, and he also ranks in the bottom 4% of the league in average exit velocity (85.8 mph). His stolen bases might make him roster-worthy in some formats, but in all points leagues, fantasy managers can stay away from him.
