Josh Donaldson Remains Out Tuesday
Minnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson (hamstring) remains out of the lineup on Tuesday against the Chicago White Sox. Donaldson has missed the last two games with a hamstring injury, though he is still considered day-to-day since exiting Saturday's game. The veteran third baseman has posted a strong .838 OPS this season and owns some excellent batted ball metrics but has been plagued by lower-body injuries, particularly calf and hamstring ailments, this season. The Twins have yet to provide a further update on Donaldson, though they could opt to hold him out of their remaining five games through the All-Star break. Luis Arraez will get another start at third base. Batting .353 in July, Arraez presents some run-scoring upside at the top of the Twins' lineup.
