Buffalo Sabres goaltender Michael Houser earned his first career NHL victory on Monday night, backstopping his team to a 4-2 win over the visiting New York Islanders. After spending most of the past five seasons playing in the ECHL, Houser impressed in his first game at the world's top level, turning aside 34 of 36 shots against in the contest. It's hard to gauge whether Houser can continue to carry some fantasy value in championship week, but he'll earn a back-to-back start against the Isles once again on Tuesday. Just 2% owned in Yahoo leagues, Houser can probably be labeled a fairly risky play in fantasy, but the hockey world is rooting for further success from the journeyman.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
