DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Lineup Picks for 3/31/21 - Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Mike Marteny offers his DraftKings daily fantasy EuroLeague basketball plays and sleepers for 3/31/21. His EuroLeague DFS lineup picks and sleepers will help you win on DraftKings.

A lopsided Round 32 concludes with just two games on our Wednesday slate. Most of the action took place yesterday, but there is still plenty of action here. Khimki is the worst team in the league on a number of fronts, so value can be had with running just about anyone at them. However, I'm not one to overpay just because I can. We just need to find the best plays no matter the price on a slate like this.

I full-stacked Baskonia yesterday to a fourth place finish. Let's keep that going! We will have some value with Devin Booker still out for Khimki. Martin Hermannsson will miss the week for Valencia and Kostas Papanikolaou and Hassan Martin remain out for Piraeus. Stefan Jovic and Janis Timma are both carrying questionable tags, but it seems unlikely that either one will play.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy EuroLeague lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/31/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard, forward, and center, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Guards

Alexey Shved, Khimki ($11,900)

Shved put up 39.5 DraftKings points in the first game against Villeurbanne and put up 30 in just 27 minutes in his return in Round 31. This team has completely crumbled since the break on both the domestic and EuroLeague fronts. They'll likely let Shved play as much as he wants since the season will be over in a couple of weeks. That could lead to some decent scores for Shved. I just don't know that I trust anyone else on this team enough to run them.

Norris Cole, Villeurbanne ($9,800)

Khimki has the worst defense known to the EuroLeague, so everyone from Villeurbanne is in play. That said, I'm not sure how much exposure is safe. Villeurbanne is a slow and methodical team with deep rotations. Cole is the most consistent guy on the team, so I'm most comfortable using him. He has at least 20 DraftKings points in nine straight rounds. The ceiling is fairly low since a blowout is pretty much guaranteed, but that also creates a floor higher than most players tonight.

Sam Van Rossom, Valencia ($7,400)

The loss of Hermannsson will open up some minutes in the Valencia backcourt. Van Rossom doesn't necessarily need more minutes, but he will take more responsibility in the scoring department. That makes him particularly dangerous since he is already an accomplished distributor. Klemen Prepelic could see an uptick in production, but this leaves Van Rossom as a major double-double threat. That bonus potential alone makes him more valuable than many in this price range.

Also consider: Errick McCollum, Khimki ($8,800); Kostas Sloukas, Piraeus ($8,300); Guillem Vives, Valencia ($4,700)

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Forwards

Jordan Mickey, Khimki ($11,300)

This is a terrible matchup for Mickey. Villeurbanne has allowed the least fantasy points to forwards this season. In the first meeting the French squad held Mickey to just 14.25 DraftKings points since he fouled out in just 13 minutes. Mickey's current hot streak is impressive though. So impressive that I'm going to run him here anyway. This is a lost season for Khimki, but there is an undeniable chemistry developing between Mickey and Shved. Mickey has played at least 35 minutes in seven of the last eight games. In the one that he missed, he played 33. Khimki has nowhere else to turn to with Booker gone. Mickey is the only sure thing on this slate. Start here and build around him.

Guerschon Yabusele, Villeurbanne ($8,400)

Someone on this Villeurbanne front is going to have a huge game. At least one other will have a good game. Trying to pick who will do what is an effort in futility. I may take the same approach that I did with the Baskonia frontcourt yesterday. The difference here is that the Villeurbanne front is very expensive. Will Howard didn't play that much the first time and will make his return after missing three rounds. I'm guessing he's limited. Yabusele had the better game in the first game, followed closely by Mustapha Fall. Those are my two main targets, but David Lighty still gets decent run too. The only one I would rule out is Howard and it's based on price and Villeurbanne likely limiting his minutes.

Rokas Giedraitis, Vitoria-Gasteiz ($8,700)

Giedraitis took on the role of rim protector with Jekiri out, recording his first block since Round 21. He also experienced an uptick in shots, scoring, rebounds, and most importantly, minutes. Giedraitis topped 30 minutes for the third time in four games. Unfortunately, it appears as though the Baskonia value plays up front didn't see much trickle down because the starters are just so damn talented. Tadas Sedekerskis was the only one to experience a massive uptick off the bench, mostly because he's the only one that has the size that Jekiri brought. If you want to go cheap, go there. It is worth noting that Zoran Dragic chucked in 15 points in 24 minutes. He's an interesting value at just $4,900, but still carries sizeable risk.

Sergey Karasev, Khimki ($5,500)

With Booker and Timma out, that leaves more minutes for Sergey Monia and Karasev. I chose Karasev because he's cheaper and he has been doing more in his minutes than Monia has. Karasev doesn't have much for upside, but at this price, we can be happy if he hits double digits. That's something Karasev has done in each of the last five rounds. He should make it six here.

Also consider: Sasha Vezenkov, Piraeus ($10,400); Nikola Kalinic, Valencia ($8,500); Derrick Williams, Valencia ($7,100); Livio Jean-Charles, Piraeus ($6,700)
