Miami Marlins first-round pick Max Meyer, a hard-throwing right-handed pitcher from the University of Minnesota, is likely to be included in the 60-player pool this season. The Marlins and Meyer have already verbally agreed to a contract, but of course the actual signing isn't official until "the ink dries." Still, Meyer is fully expected to sign, and the transaction should be completed soon. Meyer is considered one of the most MLB-ready players from this year's draft and with the strangeness that is sure to blossom throughout the 2020 season, it's possible he even makes some appearances this year. He's a must-own in dynasty formats, but he should be on watch lists in deeper standard leagues as well.--David A Marcillo - RotoBallerRead More News
