Al Horford Scores 15 Points With Nine Assists Against New York

Philadelphia 76ers big man Al Horford was well-rounded in a win over the Knicks, posting 15 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. This was a vintage game from Horford, who after being reinserted into the starting lineup in the absence of Joel Embiid, also shot four of four from beyond the arc. Embiid is out for at least the next week. Ben Simmons is without a timetable for a return. That leaves an awful lot of space for Horford to operate in, the type he's struggled in the absence of in his first season in Philly. The opportunities will be present in ways they rarely have for Horford, but he'll have a tough go ahead of him, as the Sixers next two opponents just so happen to be the Clippers and Lakers to kick off a west coast trip.
