Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Rasmus Sandin had an effective performance in Tuesday's 7-4 victory against the Devils, as the 19-year-old recorded two assists, a plus-two rating, two shots on goal, three hits and one blocked shot in 16:12 of ice time in the contest. Sandin was recently recalled from the Marlies in the wake of Morgan Reilly's broken foot and expected eight week absence from the lineup, so the 19-year-old appeared in his seventh career NHL game and played an impactful role on the offensive end. Sandin set up an even strength goal and power play marker in the game, with primary assists on goals scored by John Tavares and Zach Hyman in the opening period. Sandin was one of Team Sweden's most dominant players at the World Juniors tournament at the beginning of 2020, as the talented defense prospect was able to showcase his talents with three goals, seven assists and 10 points through seven games during the tournament. Sandin is expected to stay with the Maple Leafs and his productive night did him a large favor, and fantasy owners shouldn't hesitate to pick him up if he is available on the waiver wire in standard formats.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
