Garrett Temple Explodes Against The Hawks

Brooklyn Nets wing Garrett Temple found the mark from beyond the arc against Atlanta, canning four of nine from deep and 10 of 19 overall to finish with 25 points, six rebounds and three assists. Temple's two highest scoring games this season are 27 and now 25 points, both of which came against Atlanta. He's been fairly inconsistent with the minutes he's been given in the absence of Caris Levert with some poor shooting performances and single-digit scoring outings. Given the up-and-down play with a steady stream of playing time, it's hard to recommend picking up Temple in standard leagues, even with LeVert not due back for another few weeks -- unless the Nets are playing the Hawks, which they do two more times this season.
