Calgary Flames center Sean Monahan deposited the game-winning marker in overtime to give his team the full two points in a 5-4 road victory against the Colorado Avalanche on Monday. The 25-year-old burst past two Avalanche defensemen and beat goaltender Pavel Francouz with a wrist shot on a mini-breakaway to end the contest and collect his ninth goal of the 2019-2020 campaign. With 25 points through 32 games, Monahan's point production is down from a year ago (82 points in 78 games last season) but he's still managed to provide solid peripherals with nine power-play points, 79 shots and 29 hits. Fantasy owners are hoping Monahan can reclaim his magic with longtime linemate Johnny Gaudreau and heat up throughout the remainder of the season. The Ontario native will be back in action versus the Coyotes on Tuesday.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
