FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (11/7/19): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Sorry this is so late, but my puppy likes to sleep on my lap, in the only place I can comfortably type. There have been a bunch of errors and mistakes that I probably missed, but you don't come here for the grammar. You come here for my unquestionable, never-been-wrong, DFS knowledge and that's just fine by me. Tonight, with just four games on the slate, we can have fun with some lineups because that perfect lineup is out there and waiting.

We will need some serious value plays to stack the rest of the roster, so look for that one super-value play to help boost the rest of your lineup. Basically, I'm going with two super-value plays and finding a way to get Devin Booker, Gordon Hayward and C.J. McCollum in all my lineups.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 11/7/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks. FanDuel DFS Guards

Tyler Johnson - PG/SG, PHO vs. MIA ($3,200)

There are a few reasons why this might be the most important pick of the night. First off, Tyler Johnson's price is amazing, but the Heat also rank in the top three against opposing guards. Tonight, Miami is going to have to focus their attention towards players like Devin Booker and Ricky Rubio, leaving Johnson to relish in a revenge game versus his former team. Despite his minutes being slightly inconsistent, he is going to play more against smaller teams that run the floor. Miami might not be the smallest team, but they push the pace and this game is going to be closer than most might think.

Rodney Hood- SG/SF, POR @ LAC ($3,800)

There isn't much to say about this pick because usually when you roster Rodney Hood, you know what you are getting. His shooting might be inconsistent, but his minutes lately have not been. Since he had a bad shooting night last outing, I expect him to turn it around despite facing the Clippers defense. In Hood's defense, who he is playing against does not affect his output.

Hood is going to get shots up and he is going to see a lot of minutes tonight, he just needs to convert. With his price this low, you can afford to run with Hood as your one boom-or-bust option, but since that's exactly what he is, I would make sure to roster some buffer picks in case he does not pan out.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

JaMychal Green - SF/PF, LAC vs. POR ($4,000)

Last night I got burned by Moe Harkless. He posted just over 5 FPTS and while playing JaMychal Green wasn't much better, he was more productive nonetheless. I was saved by an extremely solid roster elsewhere, but if you didn't match my lineup, you likely fall under the category of scorched rather than just burned. Tonight is a similar situation except Kawhi Leonard should be playing. This all but erases Harkless' upside tonight, but Green should still see a fair share of minutes and hopefully he will force less shots with the improved spacing.

At first glance this pick looks like it could be a sneaky-solid play, but it's early and if something else comes up Green is easy to rotate out.

LaMarcus Aldridge - PF, SA vs. OKC ($6,900)

The Oklahoma City Thunder actually rank near the top of the league when it comes to defending opposing power forwards, but they also don't have many games versus LaMarcus Aldridge this season. If Aldridge is hitting, the defense is stuck without a paddle. With his price dropping more and more after every game, it's only a matter of time before he manages to crush his projected score and get back above the $7,000 mark.

Another option here is Danilo Gallinari with the same type of upside. The defenses both players are facing don't scare me like it might other players, but we need these players to shoot well tonight if anything. Both Aldridge and Gallinari's prices are below their normal range, so look for tonight as a way to take advantage of that and rostering both seems more than reasonable.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Hassan Whiteside - C, POR @ LAC ($6,400)

Montrezl Harrell dominated the box score last night and there's a very good chance he will do the same to Portland. That being said, with Kawhi Leonard playing, the Clippers offense changes and Harrell isn't going to see anywhere close to that same 28% usage. Harrell doesn't have the size to compare with Whiteside and the Clippers will likely run Ivica Zubac at center, but that only opens the door even wider for Whiteside to have a productive game.

Regardless of who tries to defend the paint against Portland, it's going to be tough to keep Whiteside from doing what he wants. It is just a matter of whether or not he is converting his attempts.
