Columbus Blue Jackets right wing Cam Atkinson scored in overtime on Thursday against the Carolina Hurricanes in a 4-3 win. The Jackets took an early lead through an Alexandre Texier goal but found themselves trailing 3-1 ahead of the second period. Goals from Ryan Murray, who also had an assist, and Sonny Milano took the game to OT. David Savard had two assists in the game. Atkinson became a 40-goal scorer last season, but he's off to a slow start in 2019-20, netting only three times so far. His previous two both came on a power play. He has five points in total through 10 games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
