Oakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs and wide receiver Tyrell Williams will both be active for Sunday’s tilt versus the Vikings. Jacobs was dealing with an illness and a hip issue earlier this week, but will once again lead the backfield in touches after getting in a full practice Friday. He’ll be on the lower end of RB2 status in Week 3 against a tough defense. Williams was dealing with a hip pointer early in the week, but will be all systems go as the team’s WR1 Sunday. He’ll draw coverage from Xavier Rhodes this week, making him a WR3 to fade despite playing as a high-volume receiver in this offense.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
