Philadelphia Flyers right-winger Travis Konecny put his pen to paper on a new six-year, $33 million contract to join his teammates in training camp on Monday. The 22-year-old had missed the previous three days of camp, holding out for a new contract as a restricted free agent. Konecny is coming off a fairly strong third season in the NHL, having registered 49 points (24 goals, 25 assists), eight power-play points and 182 shots on goal while receiving just 15:15 of average ice time in all 82 contests. Given his average annual contract value of $5.5 million, the undersized skilled forward should see increased ice time over the course of the 2019-2020 campaign and will likely be a fixture in the Flyers' top-six forward group for years to come. Drafted on average at the 166th spot in Yahoo! leagues, Konecny should be targeted as a late-round sleeper in most fantasy formats.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
