Matt Kuchar entered Sunday's final round of the Waste Management Phoenix Open within striking distance of the 54-hole leader Rickie Fowler. Despite Fowler's missteps, Kuchar wasn't able to capitalize and could only manage a final-round 75. Kuchar was going for his third win in three starts, but dropped into a T4 finish. The combination of tough conditions and a failure to convert makeable putts was Kuchar's undoing Sunday. Despite the disappointing round, the popular veteran is still off to a tremendous start in 2019. He will look to continue his hot play in the upcoming AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.--Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
