Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Casey DeSmith allowed three goals on 27 shots during a 4-3 win over the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday night. DeSmith has won three consecutive starts, posting a .926 save percentage over that span. He has filled in admirably for the injured Matt Murray (lower body) and projects to be the number one goalie for the foreseeable future. DeSmith has a 6-3-3 record to go along with a 2.41 goals-against average and .924 save percentage. The Penguins next game is on Wednesday against the high-flying Colorado Avalanche, but since it is the second half of a back-to-back, Tristan Jarry will likely be in net. DeSmith should be owned in all formats while he remains the starter.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
