Detroit Red Wings goaltender Jimmy Howard made 40 saves on 42 shots in the 3-2 win over the Vancouver Canucks. Howard played fantastic this game despite a large number of shots against and put up a .955 save percentage. Howard has outstarted Jonathan Bernier 11-5 so far this year and will be expected to get a lot more starts down the road considering Bernier's stats so far. Howard has a respectable 4-5-2 record on arguably one of the worst teams in the NHL, along with a 2.93 GAA and a .917 SV%. Simply due to the team he plays on, his wins will remain low and won't be more than a deep league/streaming option unless he can singlehandedly pull the Red Wings into relevancy and steal wins.--Caden
