Buffalo Sabres forward Jeff Skinner potted his fifth goal of the young season on Sunday in his team's 4-2 defeat of the Anaheim Ducks. The tally capped off a magnificent weekend for the Buffalo newcomer as he registered a hat trick on Saturday as well. Despite going scoreless through his first four games as a Sabre, Skinner now has five goals, two assists and 26 shots on goal in nine games on the campaign. The 26-year-old was recently moved onto the team's top line with Jack Eichel and could benefit greatly. Skinner is coming off a down year (49 points in 82 games) but could have tremendous value in 2018-2019 given his penchant for finding the back of the net. He'll have a few days off before the Sabres host the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
