Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Jake Junis recovered a bit from the rough outing he had last week against Cleveland by holding the powerful Yankees hitters to just two earned runs over 5 1/3 innings on Friday. Junis allowed seven hits while striking out three, and both runs came after he left in the sixth inning as reliever Tim Hill promptly allowed both inherited runners to score. Junis is still riding a ridiculous strand rate of 86.4% that will come down as the season wears on, so owners should take advantage of this somewhat acceptable outing by moving him as soon as possible.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
