Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Hector Neris blew his second save of the season Sunday in the Phillies 5-4 loss to the Washington Nationals. Neris entered the game up 4-3 in the bottom of the ninth inning, but surrendered two runs on two hits, and two walks, failing to record a single out. The ugly outing brings the right-hander's record to 1-2, and his ERA was brought up to 4.15. It is most likely he gets the next opportunity for a save, but another bad outing could put him in some hot water.--RJ Stacey
