FanDuel Daily Fantasy Football Lineup Picks (Conference Championship Round): NFL DFS Advice

Welcome to RotoBaller's daily fantasy football FanDuel lineup picks for the Conference Championship Round. In this article I will be taking you through the best FanDuel DFS value plays of the week for this upcoming Sunday.

These FanDuel lineup recommendations are based on matchups, recent performances, overall upside/talent levels, and other factors such as Vegas odds, home field advantage, and more.

Good luck with your FanDuel DFS lineups!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

FanDuel Quarterbacks - Conference Championship Round DFS Pick

Tom Brady (vs. JAC $9,000)

I’m not too worried with the Patriots latest injury report maneuver; Tom Brady will be on the field come Sunday. Given what Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers were able to do offensively against the Jags last week, I’m also not concerned about Brady’s potential performance on Sunday. That’s something I can’t confidently say about any other quarterback on the slate, and with plenty of cheap WRs to pay down for, I'm comfortable paying up for the elite option here.

FanDuel Running Backs - Conference Championship Round DFS Picks

Latavius Murray (@ PHI $6,900)

Minnesota was a top-five offense in terms of rushing touchdowns this season and that ability to find the end zone on the ground carried over to the postseason as they scored twice on the ground on Sunday against the Saints. Latavius Murray has emerged as their clear goal-line back as he has scored four rushing touchdowns over the team’s past four games. That makes for a good combination to give Murray a nice floor heading into Sunday’s matchup against the Eagles. Murray certainly doesn’t have the upside of Leonard Fournette, but he is a great cash game target at  a cheaper price.

James White (vs. JAC $4,800)

It’s tough to find weaknesses across the Jaguars defense, but they have allowed running backs involved in the passing game to be relatively effective this season. They haven’t always been the primary backs either, as Austin Ekeler posted five catches for 77 yards and two touchdowns in their regular season matchup. That vulnerability has shown up in their two playoff matchups as well, with a hobbled LeSean McCoy posting  six catches for 44 yards and Le’Veon Bell catching nine passes for 88 yards and a score. James White reemerged against the Titans, and while he is a tournament option this week, I’m willing to bet Bill Belichick has noted the success of opposing RBs through the air and will find a way to exploit that on Sunday.

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Conference Championship DFS Picks

Stefon Diggs (@PHI $6,700)

Despite Adam Thielen’s big performances throughout the regular season, Stefon Diggs appears to have quietly regained the title as the go to wide receiver in Minnesota. After his fifth straight game with at least five receptions, and being only the fourth-highest priced wide receiver on the slate, he feels very safe for cash games while also with plenty of big play upside that still makes him a nice tournament play.

Allen Hurns (@NE $5,300)

I was on Hurns in his Wild Card matchup against the Bills, and caught a large donut in that instance. However, I’m coming back once more as he has a tremendous matchup against Eric Rowe in the slot, who has allowed 1.89 yards per route covered this season. That’s highest among all corners on the slate. While Hurns has struggled with volume, the Jags are unlikely to be able to hide Blake Bortles as much as they have wanted to in the past which should lead to more volume for all pass catching threats. That should stand to benefit Hurns who has a matchup capable of exploiting.

FanDuel Tight End - Conference Championship Round DFS Pick

Rob Gronkowski (vs. JAC $8,400)

I don’t really care if Myles Jack or Jalen Ramsey is covering Gronk for the majority of the time this weekend, he’s still going to have a major impact. Much like Brady, I’ll pay for up security at tight end because the Patriots offense is the only one I have confidence in consistently being able to move the ball and reach the endzone this weekend. Considering the massive role Gronk plays in the offense, he is a lineup lock for me.

FanDuel Defense - Conference Championship Round DFS Pick

Vikings (@PHI $4,900)

In last week’s column, I highlighted Nick Foles’ propensity for turning the ball over. He fumbled twice last week with several other close calls. The Vikings should be able to take more advantage of these turnover opportunities than the Falcons and have a nice fantasy weekend as a result.
