Welcome, welcome, RotoBallers. Please join me for my deeper PPR league sleepers column for Week 6 of the NFL season. In this weekly article, we are going to take a look at some deeper waiver wire options for PPR leagues and target players who could help out your team in the upcoming week.

If there's one thing I find massively boring, it is televised presidential elections. All week long, I have been bombarded by ads for it, and football was no different. Regardless of how I feel about the politics and people involved, the event is always the same. I would love it if instead of trying to make headlines using a Twitter mentality, the two challengers would have a fantasy football debate-off. If you want to truly prove you can be the ruler of these here United States, tell me who's a deep PPR sleeper at tight end going into Week 6 and why. Tell me which running backs have the best chance of outproducing current teams' starters that are barely owned in any league. That's something I would tune into.

The following waiver wire suggestions for Week 6 of the NFL season are all owned in 15% or less of Fleaflicker leagues (except for one, but he'll be there in a few days, no worries there).

PPR Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Adds

Jeremy Kerley (WR, SF) - 8% Owned

After finding only middling success during the first three weeks of the season despite ample targets, wide receiver Jeremy Kerley has come alive over the past two weeks. He followed up six catches for 88 yards and a touchdown against Dallas in Week 4 with eight catches for 102 yards and a touchdown against the Cardinals in Week 5. While his Week 6 opponent is a Buffalo Bills' team that ranks 17th in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers this year (despite being number one in broken tables), there is essentially no one else worth throwing to on this 49ers' team outside of running back Carlos Hyde and sometimes tight end Garrett Celek. While he won't hit pay dirt with the Bills having only allowed two touchdowns to wide receivers all season, they give up more than enough yards that he'll keep PPR players plenty happy.

Kenny Britt (WR, LA) - 4% Owned

Though his production--even from a PPR standpoint--has been mild at best, sometimes a player pulls a matchup that's more favorable than they are talented. Wide receiver Kenny Britt just so happens to fall into that category Week 6 against the Lions. With Detroit giving up the sixth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season and him well on pace for a career-high in receiving yards, this looks like a prime game for him to pad his totals and possibly pick up his first touchdown of the season. He scored three times in each of the two seasons as a member of the Rams, so I'd say he's due for his first one of 2016.

Cameron Meredith (WR, CHI) - 2% Owned

Yet again, the healthiest hands in the Bears' passing game received the most attention. This was supposed to be Eddie Royal's time to shine again, but he was limited all week by injuries, leading quarterback Brian Hoyer to instead designate Cameron Meredith as his main man for the day. Replacing the recently IRed Kevin White, he caught 9-for-12 targets for 130 yards and a touchdown, easily tops on the team in targets and yards. With the 1-4 Bears wanting so badly for White to perform all season exactly how Meredith did in his first start, there's simply no way (well, I mean, insanity certainly is a way...) that goes ignored while the team tries to manage a bunch of beat-up veterans and fans' swirling expectations.

Others: Jaelen Strong (0% owned) was only able to catch five of his season-high nine targets Week 5 against a tough Vikings' pass defense and he does face another tough passing defense in the Colts next, but anyone receiving that much attention should at least be on deep PPR radars. Pierre Garcon (15% owned) doesn't draw the most favorable Week 6 matchup in the Eagles, but he's averaging just over six targets a game and catching most of them. Brandon LaFell (4% owned) grabbed two junk time touchdowns in Week 6 to temporarily inflate his present day value, but he was already 6-of-9 on the day after catching 4-of-6 the week prior, giving him a mild heartbeat of value in deeper leagues.

PPR Running Back Waiver Wire Adds

Bobby Rainey (RB, NYG) - 5% Owned

All of the sudden, running back Bobby Rainey is sitting atop of the Giants' running back totem pole. Though he managed to do very little on the ground Week 5 against the Packers, he did haul in all six of his targets for 52 yards. With really no one to challenge him for touches at the moment, look for Rainey to take ahold of the reins of the running game again Week 6 against the Ravens. Though they have limited the pass-catching abilities of running backs quite well so far this season, Rainey nearly matched the Packers' total receiving yards allowed to backs this year in one game, as they had allowed only 83 over the first four weeks. This won't last, but it might go long enough to help a few deep leaguers.

Devontae Booker (RB, DEN) - 9% Owned

A 2016 4th-round pick out of Utah, running back Devontae Booker shouldn't see his name mentioned anywhere, at least according to C.J. Anderson owners. But with Anderson scuffing mightily since Week 3, Booker has begun to sneak into the picture, to the point that rumors of an impending job share are beginning to rumble out. In the Broncos' Week 5 win over the Falcons, he rushed six times for 23 yards while catching 4-of-6 targets for 36 yards. Booker will have a fantastic Week 6 matchup against the Chargers, a team giving up both the third-most fantasy points to running backs this year and the third-most receiving yards allowed to them as well.

Others: This section would be bone dry this week if it wasn't for the Dolphins playing the team giving up the most receiving yards to running backs this season, the Steelers, in their Week 6 matchup. Damien Williams (0% owned) left Week 5's game with an illness, but assuming it isn't anything serious, he'll be back in time to haul in a bunch of passes before disappearing back into the fantasy wilderness.

PPR Tight End Waiver Wire Adds

Charles Clay (TE, BUF) - 12% Owned

You know its a slow fantasy week for tight ends when Charles Clay makes the list. Yes, the veteran tight end isn't going to light the world on fire, but in a pinch, he's a good bet not to send fantasy players home empty-handed. Close to it, sure, but that's less of an issue in PPR leagues. Clay is averaging six targets a game if you throw out a two-target Week 3, catching five in three of his past four games. He'll make an adequate bye fill-in Week 6 thanks to a decent matchup against a 49ers team allowing the 12th-most fantasy points to tight ends this season.

C.J. Fiedorowicz (TE, HOU) - 0% Owned

There's not much out on the waiver wire right now in deep leagues for tight ends, so I'm going to have to go with a player dependent on the continued poor health of others. With the Texans dealing with multiple tight end injuries, third-year tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz has seen his presence in the passing game bloom over the past two games. He saw a season-high eight targets Week 5, catching four of them for 61 yards, following up a 4-of-5, 61-yard Week 4 performance. If Fiedorowicz draws the tight end start Week 6 against the Colts, he'll be a deep sleeper against a team that has allowed at least 70 yards to tight ends two of the past three games.

Others: If you are willing to just take a shot in the dark, C.J. Uzomah (2% owned) will continue to see targets, even after the Cowboys gave him fits Week 5. Richard Rodgers (19% owned) had a terrible day against the Giants in Week 5 and is about to see his ownership rate dip accordingly, but he draws too meaty of a matchup in Week 6 to ignore as he goes up against a Cowboys team giving up the third-most fantasy points to tight ends this season.
