He helped his linemates, Cole Caufield and Kirby Dach, get on the scoreboard before lighting the lamp himself late in the game with Washington's net empty. Suzuki finished the contest with a season-high plus-four rating. He has now recorded multiple points in eight of his last 12 appearances. Thanks to this scoring surge, Suzuki is on pace for a career-high 95 points. He leads Montreal with 68 points (19 goals, 49 assists) in 59 games. Only Edmonton's Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl have more power-play points than Suzuki's 31.--Taavi Pailk
