Jordan Beck 2026 Fantasy Baseball Outlook: Late-Round Source of HR and SB, but Not Without Risk
Colorado Rockies outfielder Jordan Beck showed well at times last season, producing a 146 wRC+ in April and a 111 wRC+ in July. Outside of that, he did not post better than a 90 wRC+ in any month, finishing with a thud as he recorded a 44 wRC+ in September. In all, the former 38th overall draft pick manufactured a .258-16-53-62-19 line with a .319 wOBA and 90 wRC+ over 148 games. That's not a high bar for the right-handed hitter to attempt to surpass in 2026, but it could still be a challenge with such a high strikeout rate, which came in at 29.6 percent, one of the lowest marks in the majors out of all qualified players in 2025 (even posting a horrendous 35.4 K% in his best wRC+ month of April). On the bright side, a 9.5 percent barrel rate and playing half his games at Coors Field should ensure another 15 home runs, and his 83rd percentile sprint speed should ensure another 15 steals, so he may not be a bad piece to round out your draft with; just know that the 24-year-old could weigh on batting average and the anemic Rockies offense as a whole could limit any RBI and run-scoring potential. RotoBaller ranks the 6-foot-2 slugger at 223, right around his NFBC ADP of 226.
