Steven Kwan Outlook 2026: Good for Batting Average, Runs, Steals
Cleveland Guardians left-fielder Steven Kwan continued his success in 2025. The veteran hit .272 with 11 home runs, 56 RBI, 81 runs scored, and 21 stolen bases. He gave back 20 points in batting average and three home runs from 2024, but stole nine more bases. It feels safe to expect a 10-homer, 50+ RBI, 80+ runs, and 15-20 steals season from Kwan, with a batting average in the .275 range. Kwan will hit leadoff in the Guardians' lineup and continue to display solid contact skills (over 90% contact rate) and low strikeout rates (8.7% in 2025 put him in the 99th percentile in MLB). Kwan may be a better baseball player in real life than in fantasy baseball, but his batting-average floor, coupled with his ability to score runs and steal bases, gives him value depending on your team construction. His current ADP of 163 makes him the 39th outfielder off the board in drafts over the last two weeks, meaning he is being valued as a fourth outfielder in 12-team leagues. You could do far worse than Kwan as your fourth outfielder.
