Rams Plan to Play Starters in Week 18
Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said he plans to play his starters in Week 18 regardless of the result of Saturday's NFC West showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers, per ESPN's Sarah Barshop. If the 49ers win, the Rams would be locked into the number six seed in the NFC playoffs. Los Angeles has several key players, such as wide receiver Davante Adams (hamstring) and running backs Kyren Williams (ankle) and Blake Corum (ankle), who are questionable to play due to injury concerns. However, it appears that the team's fully healthy players, such as quarterback Matthew Stafford and wide receiver Puka Nacua, will be on the field on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. If Seattle beats San Francisco on Saturday night, Los Angeles would have a chance to move up to the number five seed in the NFC with a win over Arizona.
