The Pittsburgh Steelers face a difficult decision regarding head coach Mike Tomlin. After this season, Tomlin has two years remaining on his contract. He's under contract for the 2026 campaign and has a team option for 2027. The catch is that the organization must decide by March 1 whether to exercise the option in his contract. The Steelers expected better results from this team this season, but Tomlin deserves the benefit of the doubt. Under Tomlin, the Steelers haven't experienced a losing season in 18 years. There is a chance the streak ends this season, with the Steelers sitting at 6-6 right now. Tomlin won't be fired in-season, but the front office will need to make a big decision on his future soon.--Andy Webb
