Welcome to Week 14 of the NFL Season! Each week, I'll bring you our famous NFL DFS Cheat Sheet, featuring expert research and picks for cash games and GPPs. Here are a few notes about the sheet.
- We are using all 2025 data now!
- Green means GO (good for the player) while red reflects a poor rating/matchup. The more green, the better...
- CASH CORE pieces are highlighted with a BRIGHT GREEN highlighter on the chart for extra emphasis.
- The "fantasy points allowed rank" reflects how a player's opponent ranked in fantasy points allowed to their specific position. The lower the number, the better the matchup.
- Passing and rushing game matchups are again DVOA ratings, as I regained access to that metric and find it to be super helpful.
- A play labeled "cash" is a higher-owned play recommended for cash games. A "strong" play is playable in all formats. "Slate-breakers" are some of my favorite GPP targets for upside or reduced ownership.
- Vegas and risk columns will all be updated during the week to reflect injury info, weather info, and the most recent Vegas info.

Cash Game Cores
DraftKings: Achane-Cook-Watson-Michael Wilson

RB and WR Anchors
RBs: De'Von Achane (vs. NYJ) and James Cook III (vs. CIN)
For the second straight week, we are going to eat the Achane chalk. The Miami offense is so concentrated right now, and he's locked into around 25 touches a game as a result. It's hard to fade that level of usage, especially for a player who is as dynamic as Achane is in open space. The Jets are in the middle of the pack defensively, so it's a neutral matchup, but I doubt that they are able to completely shut him down.
Cook is an absolute MUST as he has one of the best matchup ratings of the season in my model, and this game has a 53.5 total that dwarfs the rest of the slate. The Bills have a top-3 running game and are facing the Bengals' bottom-3 run defense - you do the math!
WR/TE: Christian Watson (vs. CHI) and Terry McLaurin (vs. MIN)
I am all in on Watson again this week. He had 10 targets last week and a long TD catch. He could have had a monster game if he had caught a few more 50-50 balls. He's going to face a bunch of man coverage and is tough to cover 1-on-1. He's far too cheap for his role in this Packers' passing attack.
McLaurin had a big first game back against a tough Denver secondary, and now this week, he gets his QB1 back (Daniels is IN) and a much softer matchup against the Vikings' secondary. He's way too cheap for a WR,1 and I'll prioritize getting him into cash builds this week. We are paying up at running back and down at the receiver position!
UPDATE: Michael Wilson is now a core piece for cash games with MHJ and Dortch both out for Arizona.
