Milwaukee Bucks forward/center Giannis Antetokounmpo (groin) is considered questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the Miami Heat. He has been on the shelf for a week with a left groin strain but is nearing his return. Initially, Antetokounmpo was ruled out for 1-2 weeks. Bobby Portis and Jericho Sims have shared starts during Antetokounmpo's three-game absence. Portis was more effective coming off the bench on Monday against the Portland Trail Blazers, so Bucks head coach Doc Rivers may give Sims a second consecutive start on Wednesday if Antetokounmpo doesn't return. However, Sims played only 11 minutes against Portland and hasn't been impactful from a fantasy perspective.--Taavi Pailk
