VJ Edgecombe Misses Second Consecutive Game Tuesday
Philadelphia 76ers guard VJ Edgecombe (calf) will remain out of the lineup on Tuesday against the Orlando Magic, missing a second consecutive game. The exciting rookie is dealing with tightness in his left calf, with his exit from the lineup leaving a starting spot open. In Sunday's matchup against the Miami Heat, it was filled by Quentin Grimes, who notched 15 points, three assists, and one block. As a result of Edgecombe's injury, Jared McCain also had a more important role in the rotation, logging a season-high 26 minutes off the bench. He tallied 15 points, two assists, and one steal in the game. Both Grimes and McCain will continue to have additional fantasy value until Edgecombe returns.
