Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) has officially been ruled out for Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals, according to Josh Weinfuss of ESPN. Like last week, Thomas was able to practice in limited capacity every day this week, but still isn't quite ready to return to action and will miss his third straight game. The 23-year-old has been one of the more disappointing early-round picks in fantasy this season, producing 30 receptions (60 targets) for 420 yards and two total touchdowns in eight games before the injury, ranking as the WR42 in PPR points per game (10.7). Jakobi Meyers and Parker Washington figure to see bumps in targets in his absence on Sunday against the Cardinals.--Kyle McCarthy
