Brian Thomas Jr. Limited in Practice on Wednesday
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) was a limited participant during Wednesday's practice. The second-year receiver was able to get on the field as he works his way back from a two-game absence. The 23-year-old seems to be trending in the right direction for Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals. Assuming he is able to suit up, Thomas should be a worthwhile fantasy starter. There's no denying that he was more bust than boom during the first half of the season, but this week's matchup against the Cardinals gives him a decent opportunity to get right if he plays. Arizona has allowed the 12th-most receptions and 14th-most receiving yards to wide receivers this year. Plus, he faces less competition now with Travis Hunter (knee) on injured reserve. Thomas does still have to compete for targets with Jakobi Meyers and Parker Washington, but he has a better chance to establish himself as the top receiver of this offense going forward. Fantasy managers should give him another chance to earn their trust as a mid-range WR3 against the Cardinals.
