Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Sam Merrill (hand) will miss Wednesday's contest against the Houston Rockets. He was initially listed as questionable for the game after Merrill injured his shooting hand in Monday's win over the Milwaukee Bucks. With Darius Garland (toe) still absent, Nae'Qwan Tomlin will make his second career start. Tomlin finished his first career start with a 24-point, 12-rebound double-double. However, it came in a contest that featured only Jarrett Allen from Cleveland's big guns. Tomlin will likely be limited to a complementary role in Wednesday's game.--Taavi Pailk
