San Jose Sharks left wing William Eklund collected three points as the team beat the Minnesota Wild 6-5 in overtime on Sunday. Eklund started the scoring spree in the contest with a power-play goal and also tallied San Jose's third goal of the night. He completed his three-point effort with an assist on Tyler Toffoli's power-play goal in the third period. After a very quiet start to the season, Eklund has suddenly burst into life, amassing seven points (three goals, four assists) over the past three games. He's had nine points (four goals, five assists) in nine games across the entire campaign. Now that San Jose's offense is clicking, Eklund is in a great spot to keep putting points on the board.--Taavi Pailk
