ESPN senior NFL reporter Jeremy Fowler reported on Wednesday that Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstring) is not expected to play Thursday vs. the Eagles, per sources. Slayton suffered a hamstring injury in the Giants' Week 5 loss to the New Orleans Saints, and with the short turnaround time for Thursday night, it appears he will not be expected to play after missing practice both Monday and Tuesday. With Slayton not expected to play, Wan'Dale Robinson becomes the clear WR1 for the Giants in a game where they will be expected to throw quite a bit, as they are currently seven-point underdogs according to most sportsbooks. Jalin Hyatt, Beaux Collins, and Lil'Jordan Humphrey are the likely candidates to replace Slayton in the lineup, with Theo Johnson and Robinson becoming Jaxson Dart's go-to targets.--Nicho Roessler
