Ryan Lindgren Back at Practice
Seattle Kraken defenseman Ryan Lindgren (eye) has returned to practice, Alison Lukan of the Kraken Hockey Network reports. Lindgren took a puck to the face last weekend, which forced him to sit out a couple of sessions. However, according to Lukan, he returned to practice on Wednesday. This means Lindgren will be available for selection on Friday against the Vancouver Canucks and should be ready for opening night. Lindgren will begin his first season with the Kraken after inking a four-year, $18 million deal as a free agent in the summer. He's been a dependable performer for teams at the back, but Lindgren doesn't contribute much from a fantasy standpoint. In 2024-25, Lindgren scored 22 points (four goals, 18 assists) in 72 games and totaled 128 blocks with 80 hits.
