The Colts face a tough challenge against a Rams defense that currently ranks sixth against the pass, though Indianapolis enters the matchup with the league's No. 2 overall offense. Pierce has been a steady complementary piece this season, hauling in nine of 13 targets for 171 yards, ranking fourth on the team in both receptions and targets. If he's unable to play, tight end Tyler Warren should remain heavily involved, while Michael Pittman Jr. and Josh Downs continue to serve as reliable options in the passing game.
