Jordan Lawlar Swinging a Hot Bat at Triple-A
Jordan Lawlar has continued to produce since returning from the injured list and is making a strong case to join the MLB roster for the stretch run. Over his last 10 games since returning to Reno, the former first-round pick has posted a .279/.367/.465 slash line with three doubles, one triple, one home run, and two stolen bases. During this stretch, he has only gone hitless in two games. Through 63 total games with the Reno Aces this season, the top-ranked prospect in the desert has posted a strong .313/.403/.564 line with 22 doubles, 11 home runs, and 20 stolen bases. Despite this elite production, Lawlar has yet to turn the corner in the major leagues, holding a career .259 OPS. With the Diamondbacks out of the playoff picture, fantasy managers should expect Lawlar to be given another look in the big leagues in the near future. He is a top hitting prospect to stash in all 12-team formats.
