Connor McDavid Delivers Two Assists in Game 1 Loss
Edmonton Oilers center Connor McDavid tallied two assists in a 6-3 loss to the Dallas Stars in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals on Wednesday night. He had one even-strength assist and a power-play helper, which gave McDavid only his second point this postseason with the man advantage. The Oilers captain has been quiet on the power play, but he still tied with teammate Leon Draisaitl for the second-most points in the playoffs. McDavid has tallied 19 points (three goals, 16 assists) in 12 appearances, going scoreless only two times. With the Oilers defense leaking goals again, McDavid must keep up his productivity for the team to have a chance against Dallas.
