Nick Suzuki Tallies Two Points On Tuesday
Montreal Canadiens center Nick Suzuki tallied a goal and an assist during their victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday evening. Suzuki tallied the secondary assist on Cole Caufield's 37th goal of the season in the second frame. Later in the third, Suzuki would score the empty-netter to put the game out of reach. This outing extended his current point streak to six games. During this stretch, he has scored six goals and added six helpers. He has posted five multi-point outings during this recent surge. Before this stretch, Suzuki was still very productive on the scoresheet, tallying nine points (three goals) over his last six contests. Through 78 games this season, the 25-year-old has enjoyed a career year, tallying 86 points. He will look to stay hot on Friday, facing Ottawa.
