No. 10: Aaron Murray, QB

Aaron Murray holds most of the quarterback records in Georgia. During his four-year tenure with the Bulldogs, Murray totaled 13,166 passing yards with 121 passing scores, which are both the highest marks in school history. He enjoyed his best campaign during his third season (2012), leading the SEC with 3,893 passing yards and 36 passing scores.

No. 9: Brock Bowers, TE

Brock Bowers was a two-time National Champion in Georgia and entered the NFL considered one of the greatest tight end prospects in professional football history. Across three seasons, Bowers tallied 2,538 receiving yards on 175 passes. He found the back of the end zone 31 times (26 receiving). He was also a consensus All-American during his final season.

No. 8: Nakobe Dean, LB

Nakobe Dean played a critical role during their 2021 National Championship. During this season, Dean won the Dick Butkus Award and was a consensus All-American. Dean tallied six tackles with a career-high 72 combined tackles. Throughout his three-year career, Dean totaled 168 combined tackles with 7.5 total sacks.

No. 7: Roquan Smith, LB

Roquan Smith was the first Georgia Bulldog to win the Dick Butkus Award. Smith enjoyed his best season in 2017 when he captured that award alongside being named SEC Defensive Player of the Year. Smith also finished 10th in Heisman voting during this campaign as well. His 85 solo tackles led the SEC this season. Throughout his career, Smith tallied 252 combined tackles and was drafted eighth overall by the Chicago Bears in the 2018 NFL Draft.

No. 6: Jarvis Jones, LB

Jarvis Jones spent his first collegiate season with USC. However, once he transferred to Georgia for his final two seasons, Jones took his career to a new level. During his two seasons in Georgia, Jones was a two-time consensus All-American. Jones led the SEC in tackles for loss and sacks in each of the seasons as well. In addition, Jones was named SEC Defensive Player of the Year in 2012.

No. 5: Nick Chubb, RB

Nick Chubb was one of the most productive running backs in school history. Chubb spent all four seasons of his collegiate career with the Bulldogs. During his freshman season, Chubb led the SEC in rushing scores (14). In the following season, Chubb led the SEC with a stellar 8.1 YPA. During his final two seasons, Chubb would score 24 total TDs with 2,475 rushing yards.

No. 4: David Pollack, LB

David Pollack won several accolades during his time as a Georgia Bulldog. In three seasons, Pollack was a two-time consensus All-American. In addition, the linebacker was a two-time SEC Defensive Player of the Year (2002, 2004). In addition, Pollack is one of two Georgia players to be named a three-time first-team All-American. Lastly, Pollack won the 2004 Chuck Bednarik Award.

No. 3: Jordan Davis, DT

Jordan Davis was the best interior defensive lineman in school history. Davis won a National Championship during the 2021 season. In this season, Davis won the Chuck Bednarik Award and was a consensus All-American. In addition, during this campaign, Davis finished ninth in Heisman voting before being drafted 13th overall by the Philadelphia Eagles.

No. 2: Champ Bailey, DB/WR

Champ Bailey was a jack-of-all-trades during his time at Athens. Bailey was deployed on both sides of the ball but emerged as one of the nation’s top defensive backs during his final season. In 1998, Bailey would tally 52 tackles with three interceptions. On the other side of the ball, Bailey would score five touchdowns with 744 receiving yards. He would be named consensus All-American and win the Bronco Nagurski Trophy. He was drafted seventh overall by Washington in the 1999 NFL Draft.

No. 1: Herschel Walker, RB

Herschel Walker enjoyed one of the best collegiate careers as a running back. During each of his three seasons at Georgia, Walker led the SEC in rushing yards and rushing scores. Walker was a three-time consensus All-American and a three-time SEC Player of the Year. In addition, he won the 1982 Heisman Trophy.
