NFL QB Power Rankings: All Eight Playoff Starters

Lamar Jackson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Quincy Milton ranks all eight starting NFL quarterbacks for the NFL playoffs. From C.J. Stroud to Josh Allen, see where your favorite quarterback falls.

Never fear as the Divisional Round is here. While the Wild Card matchups were primarily blowouts, the Divisional Round will pit the NFL's top quarterbacks against each other. There should be no shortage of fireworks this weekend.

The second round of the playoffs will give us our first look at Patrick Mahomes and Jared Goff in this year's tournament. Both players are in excellent positions to succeed this week. Additionally, as a special treat, we will see Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson face off in Buffalo.

With the conference championships a mere week away, the stakes will only continue to get higher. Look for every remaining quarterback on this list to perform at a high level this weekend. You will not want to turn off your television.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

8. C.J. Stroud - Houston Texans

C.J. Stroud showed back up in a big way against the Chargers. Stroud threw for 282 yards and a touchdown as the Texans annihilated the Chargers in the first round.

If Stroud continues to play like he did this weekend, the Texans may be able to make some noise in the playoffs. It is also worth noting that Stroud has now led the Texans to big first-round victories in two straight seasons.

7. Matthew Stafford - Los Angeles Rams

Perhaps surprising to some but not to all, the seasoned veteran quarterback in these playoffs got the job done to advance to the Divisional Round. With the Rams defense playing at a high level, Stafford just needs to manage a clean game for this team to continue winning. He is more than capable of doing that and making the big play when it matters.

6. Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles

Jalen Hurts was relatively quiet in the Wild Card round as the Eagles won an ugly game against the Packers. Had the Packers offense shown up, we may be having a different conversation about the Eagles this week. Even so, Hurts and Co. live to fight another day as the completeness of this team continues to propel it to new heights.

5. Jayden Daniels - Washington Commanders

Jayden Daniels has proven that he has every "it" factor imaginable. The kid is unflappable. He is already the favorite to win Rookie of the Year and he has now led the Commanders to a playoff win. He is the very reason the Commanders even have an inkling of a chance against the Lions this weekend.

4. Jared Goff - Detroit Lions

Jared Goff and the Lions will play the red-hot Commanders this weekend. However, Goff should feast in this game. The Lions are relatively unstoppable on offense and even an improved Commanders defense is no match. This feels like the week that the Cinderella story ends for the Commanders.

3. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

While the Texans looked better than they had of late during Wild Card Weekend, the Chiefs still draw the weakest of the remaining AFC teams. Andy Reid is notoriously good at having his team ready to play when he has multiple weeks to prepare for a game. Patrick Mahomes could be in for a monster day in the Divisional Round as a result.

2. Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson did Lamar Jackson things all game long in the Wild Card. The Ravens clearly outmatched the Steelers and Jackson and running back Derrick Henry were an unstoppable duo. Jackson made several incredible throws throughout the game as well. His touchdown pass to Rashod Bateman was particularly impressive.

1. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen was spectacular against the Broncos in their Wild Card game. He looked poised and calm in the face of pressure. Despite his slow start to the game, he turned things on in the second half and led an absolute rout of the Broncos. Allen and the Bills will host Lamar Jackson and Co. in the Divisional Round. This could be a game for the ages.
