Welcome to Week 6 of the NFL Season! Each week, I'll be bringing you our famous NFL DFS Cheat Sheet with expert research and picks for cash games and GPPs. Here are a few notes about the sheet.
- We are LIVE with 2024 data this week!
- Green means GO (good for the player), while red reflects a poor rating/matchup. The more green, the better...
- CASH CORE pieces are highlighted with BRIGHT GREEN highlighter on the chart for extra emphasis.
- The "fantasy points allowed rank" reflects how a player's opponent ranked in fantasy points allowed to their specific position. The lower the number, the better the matchup.
- Passing and Rushing game matchups are again DVOA ratings as I regained access to that metric and find it to be super helpful.
- A play labeled "cash" is a higher-owned play recommended for cash games. A "strong" play is playable in all formats. "Slate-breakers" are some of my favorite GPP targets for upside or reduced ownership.
- Vegas and risk columns will all be updated during the week to reflect injury info, weather info, and the most recent Vegas info.

Week 6 DFS Slate Notes
Saturday/Sunday Updates:
Here's the latest...
First of all, this is the toughest week for cash in my opinion. Not only are the cash cores different on each site with major pricing discrepancies, but FanDuel has an appealing late game on the main slate with Cincy-Giants that gives us possibly the highest-scoring receiver (Chase) and some excellent Giants value (Jones, Robinson, Tracey).
I want to check off some boxes as I build my lineups, as perhaps this will help a bit.
- Exposure to Atlanta (Bijan and London first, then some Mooney, too)
- Detroit running game (Gibbs > Monty, but don't go all in on one or the other)
- Dallas passing game (Dak is cash-worthy, Ferguson, too. Lamb and Tolbert in GPPs, for me)
- Some kind of exposure to BAL-WASH (McLaurin and Flowers are my favorite pieces)
- Value running back (Bucky is the safest + chalkiest, Gibson a bit riskier, Tyrone Tracey on FanDuel only)
- Green Bay + Arizona in tournaments (Harrison + Jacobs an elite 1v1 if you don't want to full-stack)
- Don't forget about Carolina guys with all your Atlanta exposure (Chuba > Diontae)
Some other developments that are impacting value.
Jakobi Meyers is now doubtful, which puts Tre Tucker firmly into the punt conversation. Brock Bowers is elevated a bit, too.
Anthony Richardson is back and it looks like Pittman and Downs are both going to play. That pretty much takes me off Downs entirely now and unless you are stacking the Indy side, I wouldn't mess with trying to guess which guy on their offense goes off.
Christian Watson is still questionable for the Packers, but Romeo Doubs is back. That takes me off their receivers for the most part, I'd rather just play some Tucker Kraft at TE.
Good luck, today! I'll be in the Discord this morning if you need help with lineups.
FAVORITE GAME STACKS:
WAS-BAL: Jackson-Flowers-McLaurin (also Daniels-Henry-McLaurin)
DET-DAL: Prescott-Tolbert-Gibbs (also Montgomery, Ferguson, Lamb, LaPorta)
CAR-ATL: Cousins-Robinson-London-Johnson (also Hubbard, Mooney)
