Tom Hoge tied for sixth place at last week's AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. He has made a good start to the 2024 season with two top-20 finishes, and only one missed cut at the Sony Open in Hawaii. However, Hoge has had mixed results at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. He missed the cut in 2021, finished T14 in 2022, and missed the cut again in 2023. Despite this, Hoge has been playing well lately, and his strengths are well-suited to the challenge of TPC Scottsdale. In last year's tournament, over 45% of approach shots were taken from 150-200 yards, and since January 1, 2023, Hoge has ranked in the 98th percentile for proximity to the hole on approach shots from 150-200 yards in the fairway. He may be overlooked this week, but Hoge could be a solid addition to DFS lineups.--Ian Christenson - RotoBaller
